GYM HEROES

Electabuzz is owned by Gym Leader Lt. Surge in the Pokemon Adventures manga. Being a part of the Gym Heroes expansion, Charge is a move introduced in the Generation III pokemon games that Electabuzz cannot learn, however, the Japanese names are not the same making this attack and the move unrelated. Discharge is a move introduced in the Generation IV Pokemon games that Electabuzz can learn. This card is another fabulous pokemon illustrated by Ken Sugimori.
